-Performs any combination of following duties to assist MILL OPERATOR:
-Loading and monitoring mill and press equipment in a continuous flow environment.
-Ensure that the finished product meets quality specs and meets production schedules.
-Follow all health and safety guidelines per company requirements.
-Maintains equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner.

- Self-motivated.
- Able to work in a manufacturing shop floor setting - Able to work weekend or extended shift overtime as required - Dependable with good attendance record.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must follow all shop policies and observe company PPE requirements.
- Able to stand for eight hours per day.
- Detail oriented.
- Able to both read, write and follow written and verbal instructions.
Qualifications:
