We work alongside the Department of Child Services, Juvenile Probation, and the Department of Corrections to restore hope to our residents.

We need strong and capable staff to come alongside troubled teens and help them make the most of the most difficult days of their lives.

Provides accountability and structure for our residents.
Closely supervise residents.
Teach both coping skills as well as independent living skills.
Serve as a mentor to struggling male youth.
Role model the decision-making and values of a functional adult.
Resolve crisis situations through active listening and emotional co-regulation.
Keep residents safe and manage the environment in high-stress situations.
When necessary, provide physical interventions to keep residents safe.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/ GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must pass all background checks.
Exceptional people skills, problem-solving skills.
